| The environmental problems brought about by global climate change have aroused widespread concern from all walks of the society.Promoting the movement of energy conservation and emission reduction in the whole society has become an important issue in the development of human society. In recent years,in order to build a strong education country and realize the popularization and modernization of higher education, the scale and number of higher education institutions have been expanding. The university campus is a high-intensive community with urban functions, characterized by “zero output, huge consumption”.For the school, the construction of green campus has become the inevitable development of education. At the beginning of 2016,China incorporated “green” into the building policy of the new era.In the same year, the National Education Work Conference also clearly stated that “leading education promotion with green development”.From national strategy to education policy,it is necessary to focus on spreading green concepts, advocating low-carbon life, and achieving “green ecology”,“green life” and “green production”.Therefore, the campus to achieve sustainable development and effective campus sustainable level evaluation method construction have become key issues to achieve green campus construction. The university campus is a regional complex ecosystem consisting of three subsystems: social, economic and natural. It evaluates and predicts whether it can balance supply and demand.Whether the resources in the ecosystem are sufficient to support consumption and waste discharge, and judge the environment is in the state of ecological deficit or ecological surplus, these issues are the key to build a green campus and an important basis for campus sustainable level evaluation. At present, there is still an unclear indicator system for green campus evaluation research, which is biased towards qualitative evaluation and lack of quantitative evaluation. This paper evaluates the sustainable level of green campus from the two dimensions of green campus environment and green campus culture, and combines quantitative evaluation and qualitative analysis.Using the ecological footprint component method to evaluate the green campus environment, through data collection and consolidation, calculate the ecological footprint of six categories of energy,food,waste,built-up,water and transportation; And evaluate the green campus culture based on the PESTEL method, use the literature review, frequency induction and expert interviews to identify the evaluation indicators of the green campus culture dimension. The AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weights of each index, the concept of green campus index is proposed, and the two-dimensional model of green campus evaluation is constructed.Through the case study of Dalian University of Technology, using questionnaires and Delphi method to obtain relevant data, the TOPSIS method was used to calculate and compare the per capita ecological footprints of nine universities including Shenyang Northeast University and Shenyang University in Liaoning Province. The research results show that Dalian University of Technology currently has a relatively high level of energy consumption and belongs to Class III schools.Based on the data,it analyzes the influencing factors from social economic development level, natural geographical environment, the ratio of students to men and women, and the concept of green campus construction and suggestions were put forward to improve the green construction of the campus. The research results can provide evaluation basis and comparison standard for the domestic university green campus construction process, and provide theoretical support and reference for the sustainable development of the campus. |
