| The multi-products pipelines adopt the sequential transportation mode. For a given planning period, the number and size of the batches, the order of the oil products and the delivery / injection operation of the sub-station along the pipeline will affect the energy consumption of the pipeline under the same oil transportation task.In this paper, the study of the influence rule of batch planning and oil transportation task on the energy consumption of pipelines provides a basis for energy consumption forecasting and batch planning optimization, which is of great significance for improving the management level of pipeline energy consumption. The theoretical energy consumption is the energy consumed by the pipeline when the pump and the pipeline are perfectly matched. The theoretical energy consumption is mainly affected by two major factors: batch planning and oil transportation task. The batch planning includes the input plan of first station, the delivery / injection plan of intermediate station and the recovery plan of final station;the oil transportation task means the total amount of first station and the total amount of delivery / injection at the intermediate station. In terms of oil transportation tasks, the influence laws of oil transportation task on energy consumption were analyzed through three independent variables: turnover, oil ratio and the volume of delivery. For a given oil transportation task, this paper revealed the effect of flow rate, flow rate combination, delivery method, number of batches and transportation order on the energy consumption using theoretical analysis. The results show that: For pipelines without delivery / injection, under the premise of a certain total oil output during the planning period, the pipeline flow combination scheme(flow rate at each time period)is the most important factor affecting the pipeline energy consumption;when the pipeline is operating at average flow rate, the theoretical energy consumption of the pipeline is the lowest;under the premise of a certain amount of oil transmission, the delivery method will affect the stability of the pipeline operation flow and the energy consumption;the number of batches and the transportation order have little effect on the energy consumption. The theoretical prediction of energy consumption is based on the method of process calculation. In this paper, taking the monthly oil transportation task of three domestic pipelines as an example, the theoretical energy consumption of the pipeline in each planning period is calculated and compared with the actual energy consumption value. The results show that if the pump unit efficiency of 80%,the actual energy consumption of the pipeline is about 1.10 ~ 1.35 times the theoretical energy consumption. |
