Epimedium brevicornu(Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.)is a rare medicinal material of the genus Epimedium,which is a valuable medicinal material.The flavonoids(icariin)extracted from it have great medicinal activity,especially to strengthen the system,stabilize hormones and maintain immune function.Coreopsis tinctorial Nutt.(Asteraceae)contains a large number of natural biological active ingredients such as flavonoids and amino acids,which can resist the invasion of foreign microorganisms,inhibit pathogens,and enhance immunity.Here,the flavonoids are the most abundant and are an antioxidant.In this study,the compound of Epimedium brevicornu with spicy,sweet and warm flavor and Coreopsis tinctorial Nutt(Asteraceae)with sweet taste and flat sex was studied,the ultra-high pressure extraction of icariin and safflower flavonoids was optimized,and the mixed extract of Epimedium brevicornu Coreopsis tinctorial Nutt(Asteraceae)was obtained,and the drying agent was added to carry out the spray drying process optimization research and physical and chemical analysis.The mouthfeel was suitable and the stability was good.And with new products that alleviate the effects of physical fatigue,this study has the following results:(1)Determining the optimum process parameters for the extraction of icariin by ultrahigh pressureThe optimum process parameters for extracting Epimedium brevicornu from ultra-high pressure were as follows: pressure 370 MPa,ethanol concentration 60%,liquid-to-liquid ratio 30:1 mL/g,icariin yield 9.21±1.00%.(2)Determination of the optimum process parameters for ultrahigh pressure extraction of Coreopsis tinctorial Nutt(Asteraceae)flavonoidsThe optimal process parameters of ultra-high pressure extraction of Coreopsis tinctorial Nutt(Asteraceae)were as follows: pressure 350 MPa,ethanol concentration 50%,liquid to material ratio 50:1 mL/g,yield 16.24±2.00%.(3)Determining the optimum process parameters for the drying of Epimedium brevicornu Coreopsis tinctorial Nutt(Asteraceae)instant tea sprayThe optimal process parameters of spray-dried Epimedium brevicornu Coreopsis tinctorial Nutt(Asteraceae)instant tea were as follows: the inlet temperature was 153.00 °C,the ?-cyclodextrin was added 8.00%,the feed rate was 10.00 mL/min,and the flour extraction rate was obtained.Is 71.37±0.832%.(4)Physical and chemical analysis of Epimedium brevicornu Coreopsis tinctorial Nutt(Asteraceae)instant teaThe analysis results of Epimedium safflower tea showed that the moisture content was 4.19±0.02%.The total ash is 12.80 ± 0.10%.The total flavonoid content was 28.43%,and RDS was 1.89%.The bulk density is 0.40±0.02 g/mL,the tap density is 0.70±0.03 g/mL.Instant tea has poor fluidity and strong adsorption between particles.Epimedium brevicornu Coreopsis tinctorial Nutt(Asteraceae)instant tea powder is yellow-brown,small particles and uniform in size,no agglomeration,poor powder flow;Slightly turbid after brewing,good heat solubility,no impurities,cold precipitation with a small amount of precipitation,aroma,and mellow taste(5)GC-MS Analysis of Epimedium brevicornu Coreopsis tinctorial Nutt(Asteraceae)instant teaA total of 32.97% of the total aroma components were detected,including 8 esters,8 acids,7 ketones,6 aldehydes,5 benzenes,and 4 alcohols.Substance,three kinds of alkanes,three kinds of alkenes and four other aroma components.4.33%,11.93%,5.19%,2.55%,2.58%,1.47%,1.34%,0.4%,and 3.18% of the total volatile aroma substances,respectively.Its main aroma components are 18-carbon-9,12,15-trienoic acid,toluene,phenylacetic acid,2',3',4'-trihydroxyacetophenone,dihydro kiwi lactone,tetradecanoic acid,Methyl hydroxycinnamate.(6)Evaluation of physical fatigue function of Epimedium brevicornu Coreopsis Tinctorial Nutt(Asteraceae)instant teaThe mouse weight-bearing swimming model was used to study the health function of Epimedium brevicornu Coreopsis tinctorial Nutt(Asteraceae)instant tea to relieve physical fatigue.By measuring the weight-bearing swimming exhaustion time,serum urea and liver/muscle glycogen in mice,the physical fatigue function of the high-dose,middle-measurement,low-dose and blank control groups of Epimedium safflower instant tea was analyzed.Compared with the blank group,the middle dose group was significantly improved.The exhaustion time of the mice(2676.82±237.67 s)was increased by 34.76% compared with the blank group(1746.32±268.76 s),and the blood urea nitrogen content(9.93±2.44 mmoL/L)ratio was higher than that of the blank group.The blank group(12.60±0.66 mmoL/L)decreased by 21.19%,and the liver glycogen content(12.68±2.62 mg/g)and muscle glycogen content(2.10±0.1 mg/g)in the mice were compared with the blank group(10.28±2.45 mg/g,1.86±0.25 mg/g)increased by 23.24% and 11.43%,Epimedium brevicornu Coreopsis tinctorial Nutt(Asteraceae)instant tea can significantly prolong the weight-bearing swimming time of mice,improve exercise endurance,improve the body's ability to adapt to exercise stress,and significantly improve mouse liver glycogen(LG)and muscle glycogen after exercise(The reserve of MG)reduced the level of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),indicating that Epimedium safflower instant tea has the effect of relieving physical fatigue in mice.
