Abstract/Summary:
Gas well blowout is a necessary process in oil and gas field development.In order to obtain stable production,fracturing,ejection and drainage technology should be adopted in the early exploitation of natural gas.The recovery engineering technology implemented in the normal exploitation stage of natural gas has been quite mature,and obvious benefits have been achieved in engineering cases.However,there are not many studies on recovery in the emptying and draining stage of natural gas well development.There are considerable waste and pollution of resources in the development process of natural gas wells.In the process of fracturing and blowout drainage in advance,natural gas is mostly direct.Combustion emissions,which have great pollution to the environment and waste of resources,also have great value of natural gas recovery at this stage.In this paper,aiming at measuring the flow rate of gas-liquid mixture in the process of gas well blow-out,a set of ultrasonic flow detection system based on ultrasonic time difference method is designed on the basis of understanding the process of gas well blow-out and fluid simulation.The whole system includes the ultrasonic sensor module in the process of gas well blow-out,the hardware circuit of high-precision flow measurement based on ultrasonic time difference method,the system software and the host computer based on the hardware circuit.After the design of the whole system is completed,the hardware and software of the system are debugged separately,and combined with the circuit test,a two-phase flow simulation experiment platform is built by using a set of circulating system in the laboratory.The necessary parameters of the system are changed and the indoor test is carried out.Finally,the test data are recorded and analyzed.The test results show that the ultrasonic flow measurement system runs steadily and can measure the flow of gas-liquid mixtures,and draw relevant data curves by the upper computer,which can provide effective data help for the measurement of natural gas resource recovery in the process of gas well blowout in industrial applications.
