| In recent years,since the automobile industry is keeping on pursuing high efficiency,energy saving and safety,aluminum alloy has attracted much attention due to its characteristics of light weight,high strength,recyclability,good corrosion resistance,and has become a hot material in the automobile industry.However,compared with steel materials,aluminum alloy has poor plasticity at room temperature.Hot stamping process can effectively improve this situation and expand the scope of application of aluminum alloy.Hot stamping is a kind of plastic forming method.Its process is consist of the aluminum alloy plate heating,heat preservation,stamping and cooling in the mold under pressure.But the research on aluminum alloy hot forming is limited,especially for the cooling system and the influence of the process parameters on the quality of forming parts,so it has not been widely used in the automotive industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the hot stamping process of aluminum alloy.Taking 6063 aluminum alloy as the research object,finite element simulation and experiment are combined to study the effect of hot forming conditions on forming quality of aluminum alloy.The main research contents are as follows:The stamping simulation model of U-shaped parts is established,and several sets of simulation is implemented to study the influence of sheet metal forming temperature,blank holder force and the time of pressure holding on springback,the work provides a theoretical basis for exploring the optimum parameters of 6063 aluminum alloy.The influence of the radius of the cooling pipe,the distance of every two pipes and the distance from the pipe to the mold surface on the cooling effect is studied by using the finite element simulation method,while the simulation is planed based on the orthogonal experiment,and taking the uniform cooling of sheet metal as the target,the influence of process parameters on forming quality is analyzed.The mold was designed and manufactured,the influence of the plate temperature and the time of the pressure holding on the springback of the part is compared and analyzed by means of experiment and simulation,and the accuracy of the simulation is verified. |
