At present,the national intelligent manufacturing strategy is increasingly urgent for the interconnection and interoperability of numerical control equipment.In the current research on the interconnection technology of numerical control equipment,the existing device model information has not been fully defined,the modeling method is not efficient,and the model description is not standardized.This seriously hampers information interaction,and research focuses on these issues.The device model is a comprehensive informational mapping of device entities and is the main body of internet data exchange.The research has developed corresponding technical routes for key technologies such as model hierarchy,data representation,data item definition and specification testing.To build a comprehensive,efficient and standardized device model to meet the needs of CNC equipment information interaction.In order to realize the functional requirements of device model information mapping and data exchange,the research determines the object structure hierarchy of the device model and the relationship between them according to the component structure and information composition of the numerical control equipment.JSON Schema is used to standardize model descriptions,data sampling,and data definitions,return properties,configuration,and data items between adapters and agents,and generate schema files for device models.And based on the characteristics of the model information data,the data storage and access mechanism was developed.According to the device model schema definition standard,the instantiation description process of the HNC-8 CNC machine tool device model is completed.Corresponding to the machine component structure and the model object level,the JSON format is used to describe the properties,configuration and data item information of the CNC machine object,and the device model file is generated to realize the information mapping of the CNC machine tool.In order to guarantee the standardization of object definition,attribute description and data format when the model is instantiated,the research develop normative inspection standards and models,and use Qt framework and C++ language development specification to test software tools.And in the process of creating the numerical control device model,the experimental application is carried out,and the preliminary test of the system software is completed.The research aimed at the current situation of complicated and diverse numerical control equipment in manufacturing plants,and built a numerical control device model definition system.It can be applied to the Numerical control equipment operation information interaction specification(NC-Link)R&D system.The device model defines the technical support of the basic module,which is the key technology for NC-Link protocol to realize the interconnection and interoperability of CNC equipment.It will help to break the difficult situation of information exchange in the intelligent workshop and vigorously promote the development of intelligent manufacturing.
