Inspection well is generally known as manhole,it is mainly used for the connection,inspection and maintenance of pipelines and installation of equipment.Plastic manhole is a kind of new inspection well which has been developed for the recent years,it has the advantages of energy and consumption reduction,safety and environmental protection,convenient and fast installation etc.,currently it has gradually substituted the traditional inspection well laid with bricks.The manufacturing of support for plastic manhole cover may be applied with the die extrusion and hot pressing process,but the demolding method applied currently for the production process is manual demolding,this kind of demolding method has the advantages of large labor strength,low efficiency and high defective index for which it greatly restrains the production scale for the support of manhole cover.This article conducts the research on the difficulty of demolding in the die extrusion and hot pressing process for the support of plastic manhole cover and designs a synchronous demolding mechanism for multiple hydraulic cylinder with single function for the synchronous control of flow divider and combiner to substitute the manual demolding.This thesis concludes the process method for the support of plastic manhole cover and the problems ixisted in the manual demolding,it points out the urgent request for the new type of demolding device.According to the architectural feature and technical requirement of mold for support and the support for plastic manhole cover,it proposes and determines the method of demolding that is suitable for the support of plastic manhole cover.It determines the type of the hydraulic cylinder through the analysis on the load-carrying capacity in the process of demolding,and conducts the design for the linkage structure of the hydraulic cylinder and the mold.According to the proposed and determined demolding method,it selects the flow divider and combiner for the synchronous control of synchronous demolding system for multiple cylinders and completes the design for the hydraulicsynchronous control system,and it conducts the reasonable selection for the hydraulic cylinder,hydraulic pump,flow divider and combiner,electromagnetic change valve and overflow valve.It conducts the simulation for the synchronous control system on the hydraulic pressure for the demolding of support for the plastic manhole cover by the utilization of AMESim,the simulation software and conducts the analysis on the result of simulation.The result of simulation shows that it is feasible for the synchronous control of flow divider and combiner and the synchronous completion of demolding for multiple hydraulic cylinders,it runs with stable condition,fast speed,small error and good effect for demolding,it has an important practical significance for the improvement of productivity for the support of plastic manhole cover. |
