Plastic inspection chamber is a kind of green check well developed in recent years.It has many advantages, such as environmental protection, energy conservation, land conservation, water saving, material saving, and can be recycled,but the corresponding special testing machine have not developed, leading to the plastic inspection chamber in market can not meet the requirement of the use.In this paper, the research object is Plastic Inspection Chambers Testing Machine.Its control system is designed,in view of the existing problems in the work process of universal testing machine.Digital direction flow valve and pressure valve are used to control the speed and pressure of system and achieve the purpose of speed and pressure compound control.The paper introduces the developing situation of testing machine, points out that the importance of good testing machine. Secondly, analyses the force situation of plastic inspection Wells, coupled with plastic inspection well testing standards,made the main parameters of testing machine.Then complete the design of electro-hydraulic loading control system based on the main functions of the testing machine,selects the digital direction flow valve, digital pressure valve, hydraulic pumps,the hydraulic cylinder,sensors and other hydraulic components. Finally, the mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic digital speed and pressure control system is established based on reasonable assumptions and approximate linearization processing, the time domain and frequency domain properties analysis of speed and pressure control system were completed with MATLAB simulation software, and then PID correction link based on particle swarm optimization is used to enhance the stability and response speed of control system further, and ensure the improved control system could meet design requirements better.The analysis results showed that it is feasible to use digital direction flow valve and pressure valve to control the speed and pressure of system,and its movement speed is stable and response speed is fast, and achieve zero error theoretically,provide a better control method for control system of plastic inspection chambers Testing Machine.
