Under the background of rapid urbanization and industrialization,China's resource shortage is becoming more and more serious,environmental problems are becoming more and more complicated and sharpened,the conflict between development and protection is becoming more acute under the situation of rapid expansion of resource demand,and ecological problems are more complicated.The various types of protected areas that have been built lack systematic and coordination in planning,there is overlap in space and lack of protection information,so that the material energy circulation in the protection system is not smooth,the landscape pattern is not reasonable enough,and the protection efficiency is not high.Therefore,constructing an ecological security pattern that satisfies the regional population carrying capacity and sustainable economic development has become an urgent task for China's current ecological civilization construction.This study was based on the county scale,took the typical mountainous and hilly area of Qinglong County as an example.We used the technology of ecological protection red line delineation and ecological network identification to comprehensively extract the county ecological security protection elements,delineate the ecological security protection target area and formulate protection measures.Based on this,we build a complete ecological security pattern,aiming to provide reference for the scientific implementation of the ecological protection construction project in Qinglong County and the overall improvement of the ecological environment quality.The main conclusions were as follows:(1)The ecological protection red line which was comprehensively delineated by ecosystem service function importance evaluation and ecological sensitivity evaluation was 443.94 km~2,accounting for 12.7%of the total land area of Qinglong County.It was mainly distributed in the state-owned forest farms in the southeast and northwest of the county and along the river system in the central part.(2)The ecological network of Qinglong County which was identified based on the theory of“plaque-corridor-matrix”was composed of ecological source,ecological corridor,ecological node and ecological fracture point.The ecological network including 11ecological sources,7 important corridors,11 general corridors and 22 ecological nodes could promote the interconnection of ecological elements,while the existence of 34ecological breakpoints weakened network connectivity and must be controled.(3)The ecological security pattern of Qinglong County was constructed through the space superposition and topological inspection of ecological protection red line and ecological network.It was composed of ecological security protection elements,ecological security protection target areas and ecological security protection measures.The ecological security protection elements included the ecological protection red line area of 443.94 km~2,the ecological source area of 202.16 km~2,the ecological corridor with a total length of374.91 km,17 stepping stone plaques and 34 ecological break points.The ecological security protection target area was composed of red line protection area,biological migration rest area and biological migration passage area.The ecological security protection measures included sub-target area protection measures and other supporting protection measures.This study provides technical support and scientific basis for the formulation of ecological protection planning and the construction of ecological protection project in Qinglong County.At the same time,it also provides reference for the delineation of ecological protection red line and the refined research of ecological network at county scale.
