Land is an important natural resource of property rights.Land consolidation realizes its ecological and economic value by changing its using type and structure,putting it into human social and economic activities,and transforming it into natural products through market operation.As an important index to measure and characterize the ecological value of land consolidation,the value of ecosystem services has great reference value to the ecological effect of land consolidation.The equivalent factor method,a long-term used method of ecosystem system service value evaluation,is a value equivalent based on the average level of national scale,it lacks the practicability of local conditions on the specific scale of application.Therefore,in the specific measurement of ecosystem service value in different regions,its core parameter,the equivalent factor of ecosystem service value per unit area,is necessary to be optimized.Considering the universality of the measurement method of ecosystem service value and the inconsistency between the relevant scientific research on the measurement of the value of ecosystem services before and after land consolidation and the subjective cognition that people should have the effect of land consolidation,this study,which based on the theoretical analysis of the influence of land consolidation on ecosystem services and the limitation of ecosystem service value assessment methods,optimized the equivalent factors at the national average level and applied to the empirical study of small-scale land consolidation project area to explore the variations of ecosystem service value before and after land consolidation after parameter optimization.The results showed that:(1)Theoretically,the ecosystem service effects of land consolidation has both positive and negative,and the negative effects are mostly reflected in the short term.The equivalent factor method is based on the evaluation of the price of agricultural products in the year,The ecosystem service value assessment method is based on the evaluation of the annual agricultural price,which is limited to market factors of price fluctuation and currency devaluation,the practicality of local conditions and the relevance of spatial differences within the region.(2)Through scale deduction,the core parameters of the evaluation methods of ecosystem service value on macro-scale and large-scale are optimized accordingly,including the correction of average profit per unit area of grain crops for market price fluctuation and currency depreciation,the improvement of value equivalence of sloping farmland and terraced fields according to local conditions,and the correction of NPP value equivalence for the pertinence of spatial differences within the region.The optimized parameter of the evaluation of ecosystem service value method reduces the limitation of applying equivalent factor method to specific application scale,and is more reasonable.(3)The empirical evidence of the variation of ecosystem service value before and after land consolidation based on optimized parameter showed that the value of ecosystem services was reduced from 28836.29×10~4 yuan to 27593.34×10~4 yuan in four years before and after land consolidation,and reducing by 4.31%.Under the first-level classification system of ecosystem services,only the value of regulating services decreased by1836.89×10~4 yuan,while the other services increased relatively.Under the second-level classification system,the functions of food production,soil conservation,nutrient cycling,aesthetic value and water supply increased compared with those before land consolidation,and the increase of food production function is the largest by 834.53×10~4 yuan,raw material production,biodiversity and the four types of ecosystem services included in regulation services were relatively reduced.Through the scale deduction,this study has appropriately optimized the core parameters of the evaluation method of ecosystem service value on the macroscopic scale,and the empirical results obtained by the optimized parameters were more in line with the actual situation of specific application scale.Therefore,the measurement method of ecosystem service value,which is improved and revised according to local conditions,is the premise to measure the value of regional ecosystem services more accurately.The method can be used to evaluate the ecosystem service value of sloping farmland conversion to terraced fields,and it can provide great reference value for the evaluation of ecosystem service value of loess hilly and gully area which needs to consider the landform types such as residual hills,valleys and sloping land in the region.
