| Nowagays forces of production are at full speed,which brings about the increasing of effluent.As more and more pollutants enter the water body,the problem of water pollution in China becomes more serious,and the water quality and quantity of wastewater to be treated become more complex.The properties of focalization for complex pollutants urge flocculation to be a primary treatment.As the kern,flocculant greatly impact on the flocculation proceed.In order to better cope with the increasingly complex water environment and improve the control and degradation efficiency of pollutants in water,it is of great significance to develop and study functional enhanced organic polymer flocculants with high efficiency,low consumption and environmental protection,and to explore their effects on the treatment effect and treatment conditions of various pollutants.This paper introduces itaconic acid(IA)and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropionic sulfonic acid(AMPS)with good salt and temperature resistance were used as initiator to produce anionic polyacrylamide P(AM-IA-AMPS)by aqueous solution polymerization and K2S2O8/NaHSO3 redox system(1:1)as initiator.Then there are principal research contents and conclusions:(1)Single factor analysis is combined by orthogonal experiment to get the best synthesis condition:The ratio of AM:AMPS:IA was 7:1.5:0.5,the mass fraction of monomer was 35%,the total mass of initiator was 0.25%,the pH was 8,the heated temperature was 55 C,furthermore the persistent time lasted 7 hours.Finally,the measured relative molecular weight was 349,000.Orthogonal experiment analysis showed that the order of influence degree of different factors on relative molecular weight was reaction temperature>monomer ratio>pH>monomer mass fraction>initiator concentration.(2)FTIR and 1HNMR characterization analysis showed that the synthesized P(AM-IA-AMPS)were copolymers of monomers AM,IA and AMPS,with obvious characteristic absorption peaks corresponding to functional groups.DTA-TGA analysis showed that P(AM-IA-AMPS)had good thermal stability and would not decompose in the temperature range of 30210 C,which was conducive to conventional storage and use.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)shows it has a layered bulge structure and more and more dense voids and voids,which is conducive to the improvement of flocculation performance.(3)The decolorization rate of P(AM-IA-AMPS)for crystal violet dye and turbidity removal of nano-zinc oxide suspension and hematite suspension were analyzed.Single factor experiments concerns dye concentration,dosage of flocculant and pH.The initial concentration of crystal violet dye was 20 mg/L and the dosage of P(AM-IA-AMPS)was30 mg/L,the higher the pH value,the better decolorization effect of crystal violet simulated wastewater could be obtained.By comparing the removal effect of P(AM-IA-AMPS)and market APAM on dyes,it can be seen that the removal effect of self-made P(AM-IA-AMPS)is better than that of market APAM.At the same time,the effects of PAC,PFS and 20 mg/L self-made flocculant and APAM on the decolorization rate of crystal violet dyes were investigated.Inorganic flocculant works in coordination with P(AM-IA-AMPS)is more beneficial.Moreover,the mixing effect and flocculation performance of PFS and P(AM-IA-AMPS)are better than that of PAC and P(AM-IA-AMPS),and generally better than that of PAC,PFS and market APAM.For the flocculation and sedimentation effect of nano-ZnO and hematite wastewater,the effects of dosage,pH value of suspension system and relative molecular weight of flocculant on turbidity removal of suspension were investigated.For nano-ZnO wastewater,when the dosage of P(AM-IA-AMPS)is 8 mg/L,the pH value is 9 and the relative molecular weight is higher,the clear supernatant of nano-ZnO simulated wastewater can be obtained.The optimum treatment condition of hematite wastewater is that the dosage of P(AM-IA-AMPS)is 10 mg/L,the higher the pH value and the higher the relative molecular weight.At the same time,the turbidity removal effect of self-made anionic polyacrylamide P(AM-IA-AMPS)is better than that of commercial APAM.At the same time,the comparison of the final effect of adding flocculant and the natural settling state of nano-zinc oxide shows that P(AM-IA-AMPS)treatment produces larger floc particles,which are relatively more stable and less affected by the environment. |
