In order to protect the atmospheric ecotope and eliminate the frequent occurrence of haze after the heating period in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Tianjin has been completed and put into use of the gas distributed energy systems since 2013.The gas distributed energy system is based on the heat source needed by heating supply,power supply and cooling supply.It is merged with the national power grid,which is connected with the urban natural gas pipeline network to provide power,steam and hot water to the industry,commerce and resident in the established areas.The gas distributed energy system works done by the turbine gas turbine which is driven by natural gas.According to the way of "cascade utilization",high temperature flue gas is used to generate electricity,the remaining heat is used for heating and cooling,and the living hot water is used for the waste heat of the lowest temperature.The paper "Application of Lean Management in Gas Distributed Energy System in BC Region" uses the essence of lean management theory and analyses the annual running fuel cost,annual water consumption,electricity cost,equipment maintenance cost and management cost of the gas distributed energy system in the BC region.Measurement,induction,Six Sigma,statistics,research and analysis are applied to the elements that influence efficiency of lean(fuel,electricity,hvac,water,maintenance costs,energy management factors)by using the method of investigation,quantitative research and index analogy analysis.The issue finds out all the relaxation points in the process of production and researches methods and means to eliminate all waste.The gas distributed energy system can achieve overall thermal efficiency more than 70% by getting rid of non-value-added links.Through the application of lean management in thermal control,safety management,inventory management and other fields,the internal management is refined.The management idea lays the foundation for efficient,safe and healthy development of gas distributed energy system.At last,we can identify the future direction with the summary of the full issue,and determine that a more rational,efficient and sustainable lean management model of gas distributed energy system.Our goal is to reach maximum potential,efficacy and efficient serve region by gas distributed energy system to make sure end-user's 100% satisfaction.We will try to implement harmony between economic benefits,security benefits and social benefits.
