Energy is an important material foundation of the national economy, China is rich in energy but the per capita remains in the backward state. Under the existing objective conditions, it should improve the level of scientific technological production and enhance energy management to alleviate the situation of China’s energy shortage. In the fifth discipline "enhance energy saving management" of’"the Twelfth Five-Year comprehensive plan of energy saving", it puts emphasis on strengthening energy saving management of key energy using units.Combining theory and examples, the paper calculates and analyzes the energy consumption in the production process of Nylon66and establishes relevant energy management systems and software. It makes enterprises effectively reduce pollution, conserve resources and energy by controlling important energy factors, such as devising objectives, planning management and running programs. The research achievements are as follows:(1) It gets the relationship between the Nylon66process parameters and energy consumption by the analysis of energy consumption, so as to provide rational production program, optimal process parameters, optimization scheme of equipment and scientific management methods for enterprises. It will enable enterprises to gain the integrated energy-saving technologies of the maximum economic benefits.(2) It uses management methods to reduce energy consumption, improve energy efficiency, promote the behavior of energy saving, apply measures and technologies of energy saving to practice methodically by researching and establishing an energy saving management system of Nylon66. The energy-saving measures will be implemented in the production process through the formulation of the energy consumption assessment program.(3) It uses VB.NET to develop energy saving management software and assigns energy plans to the production departments of all levels so as to implement the plan of energy saving. At the same time, it improves the accuracy of energy consumption measurement of all levels and gives full play to metering equipment according to the management of it.(4) the limitations and development direction of the paper①Due to the restriction of collecting information, the analysis about the calculation of the energy consumption in the paper focus on how to achieve energy saving by controlling the parameters, but how to improve energy efficiency still requires further study.②In the development process of energy saving software, the paper achieves some of the basic energy consumption equipmenst and statistics. Next it can be further studied by using the software to control the energy consumption process parameters.
