There are several difficulties in China’s flax industry,which restrict the growth of the flax industry:First,the sales of flax products are not high,and the planting rate of flax is decreasing year by year,which promotes the export of flax industry and linen textiles in China;The level of linen and linen spinning equipment lags far behind cotton spinning,and the labor cost is also rising,but the production mode is still in the low-end development stage of labor-intensive.Not only the linen industry has the above difficulties,but the following problems in the linen yarn produced in China:First,the raw materials of flax fiber are mainly imported,the yarn variety is single and the seasonality of sales is strong,which makes the price of linen yarn high.Secondly,due to the wrinkle,poor elasticity of the pure linen yarn,the appearance of the linen fabric can not meet the needs of consumers in China,and the marketing of the linen fabric or yarn is not enough,resulting in the low market coverage limits the application of linen textiles and the development of the linen industry.In order to develop a new type of linen products suitable for the domestic market,this topic analyzes the flax blending process,develops the variety of flax wet-spun blended yarn,and wet-blends the nylon fiber and flax.Firstly,this paper analyzes the influence of flax wet spinning on nylon fiber,and compares it with polyester/linen wet-spun blended yarn.The results show that nylon fiber and polyester fiber can withstand the action of chemicals in the wet spinning process of linen.Secondly,the feasibility and advantages and disadvantages of the spinning methods of the three blending methods were explored.The influence of the blending method on the yarn quality was analyzed.The theoretical analysis of the data results,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The blended blending method can make a blended yarn with more uniform mixing and more blending than the other types.Compared with the other two methods,the strip blending can fully utilize the strength of the two fibers,and the power utilization rate is higher.However,in three blending methods,the yarn blended in strip blending has the worse strip uniformity.(2)Under the same blending ratio,the blending speed of polyester 51 mm and 88mm blended yarn is better than that of 38mm blended yarn.Moreover,as the number of mixing of the blended yarn increases,the spinning smoothness decreases.Among them,for the polyester blending 38mm/long flax with the same blending ratio and different process number,the blended yarn with the two blends has the best yarn quality and the highest spinning success.Polyester 88mm/long linen can be spun in three times to produce a yarn with a higher proportion of polyester blend and better yarn quality.(3)With the increase of the length of polyester fiber blended with long linen,the variety of blending ratio increases;the strength of the blended yarn gradually decreases,and the elongation at break gradually increases,and the two exhibit an obvious inverse ratio;In view of the value,as the length of the blended fiber increases,the CV value of the strip is gradually reduced,and the CV value of the blended yarn of the polyester 88 mm/long linen is optimal.(4)In the polyester 38mm/long linen blended yarn,the yarn forming performance is better when the blending ratio is about 25/75 and 35/65;in the polyester 51 mm/long linen,the blending ratio is 35/65.When the yarn has a good overall yarn-forming performance,in the polyester 51 mm/long linen,when the blending ratio is 15/75,the overall yarn-forming performance of the yarn is superior while maintaining the style of the linen yarn itself;When the ratio is 40/60,the yarn has the best appearance and elasticity,and the yarn style is soft.In order to more clearly see the difference in performance between the blended yarns of nylon,polyester and linen,and the difference between different fiber lengths and blending ratios,this subject has carried out weaving experiments and compared with pure linen fabrics.Analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The difference in the air permeability of the blended fabric is small,and the overall is lower than that of the purely spun linen fabric.(2)The addition of nylon and polyester fiber can increase the crease recovery angle of linen fabric and improve its wrinkle resistance,and the crease recovery angle increases with the increase of the blending ratio,that is,the fabric elasticity increases and the crease resistance increases..(3)The addition of polyester and nylon can improve the softness of the linen,and as the blend ratio increases,the bending rigidity decreases and the softness increases.Pure linen fabric and polyester 38mm/long linen fabric have the highest average stiffness and softness,followed by polyester 51 mm/long linen fabric,while nylon 38mm/long linen and polyester 88mm/long linen fabric have lower rigidity and better softness..(4)Compared with polyester,the addition of nylon fiber can improve the wear resistance of linen blended products.Pure linen fabric and nylon 38mm/long linen fabric have the best wear resistance,polyester 38mm,88mm/long linen fabric,and polyester 51 mm/long linen fabric has the worst abrasion resistance.
