China is the largest coal consuming country in the world.In recent years,the supply of coal is tight,followed by the production of various coal mines' over load operation.Coal mine safety production problems also began to gradually show.How to do the real-time monitoring in the data of mine personnel activities every day,coal transport volume,etc.,and after the accident,how to accurately determine the location of the trapped underground production workers,their evacuation routes and develop the rescue plan accurately,these are very urgent problems to be solved.Above the urgent need to form a sharp contrast is: At present,due to the underground information construction is relatively backward,Real time tracking,positioning and voice communication between the mine-operators?information management and emergency command communication and other functions are very weak.When accident happened,we are lack of accurate and reliable location information of underground personnel and voice communication means,the efficiency of rescue and relief work is still not high,and effect is not ideal.Even some newer or large scale coal mine,the underground conventional communication system they use usually only some simple functions,and the system integration is low and far from the platform,system and intelligent.At present,the widely accepted view is that the mine automation needs to achieve some of the basic functional requirements.For example,personnel can automatically be located,mine communication system can communicate with the underground staff in real time,the relevant video,audio and other monitoring data needs to be ensured in order to achieve reliable transmission.But in fact,existing coal mine communication systems cannot meet all those functional requirements.If coal mine owners repeat building construction of different communication functions of the system,the related cost of network cabling,construction will be very large.More than that,between different platforms and manufacturers are likely to involve private communication protocol problems,they can't achieve interoperability.It not only brings inconvenience to the operators,but also has bad effect on the rescue of the crisis.Therefore,how to design a high degree of integration system and achieve the construction of “information intelligent mine" in low cost,in order to maximize the improvement of the current coal mine behind and nonintelligent monitoring and communication system platform,ensure the safety and reliability of underground workers better,enhance the safety and reliability of the underground work,reduce the impact of unexpected disasters to the coal mine workers and the safety of the personal property of the coal mine enterprise,has become the most concerned about the current coal mining enterprises and relevant supervision department.The research of this paper is to study a kind of mine,which is based on Industrial Ethernet and Embedded System,a "one stop","full service" integrated service communication system including Wi-Fi,ZigBee and other wireless communication technologies.Implementation of other solutions often require the deployment of multiple network systems to be able to complete the set of wired/wireless communications,personnel positioning,underground radio in one integrated business communications system.The entire system integrated communication substation is connected with 100M/1000 M optical Ethernet.Communication station based on well-known semiconductor company Broadcom's BCM6818 as the main control chip and it has powerful function.First of all,the integration of the 6 way MAC GE,one of the way SERDES interface can connect the optical module,In addition 3 external GE PHY chip BCM54616 SE,scalable GE interface,can support multiple underground fiber optic ring network application;Secondly,the external REAKTEK company's voice codec(CODEC)chip ALC5621,can achieve the underground voice broadcast and call function;Then,the external BCM43217 Wi-Fi Broadcom chip can access the Wi-Fi mobile phone in its area,for underground personnel in real time call;Finally,the expansion of the JN5168 based ZigBee chip NXP module,with the same program staff identification card,can realize the underground positioning,emergency alarm and other functions.In addition to the above functions,we considered the complicated working condition in the mine and its high safety requirement,then in the design,we use all fibers to connect network and reduce the use of large inductors,large capacitors and other energy storage devices,add slow-start and over-voltage circuit to ensure the communication system meet the safety requirements.The integrated communication system greatly reduced the layout of the underground lines and equipment installation and work.The system is safe and economical,and it is convenient to maintain.It really realizes the mine's "one network and one station".
