TheoxidationandborylationofC(sp~3)-Hbondon hexahydropyrrolo[2,3-b]indole skeleton were studied in this thesis.The main research contents and details are summarized as follows:In the first chapter,the overview of C(sp~3)-H oxidation catalyzed by various metals is elaborated in detail,and the research background of various oxidation reactions is reviewed comprehensively.Based on the above mentioned consideration,the suitable methods for our research are summarized,The C3 oxidation of hexahydropyrrolo[2,3-b]indole skeleton was studied in the second chapter.Firstly,8-aminoquinoline was used as the directing group,but the side reaction of 5-acetoxylation of 8-aminoquinoline was observed.In the subsequent part,2,3,5,6-tetrafluoro-4-trifluoromethylaniline was acted as the directing group to achieve the C-3 borylation reaction successfully.The product of C-3 oxidation could be obtained by conversion,thus The C-3 oxidation of this skeleton could be realized eventually.
