| In recent years,the air pollution in our country has gradually intensified,which has caused a high degree of concern for the governance of the environment and the community.As one of the provinces with relatively serious air pollution,Shandong Province can only accurately determine the factors that affect air quality,and the right medicine can achieve good results.Air quality is spatial data.Because of its spatial autocorrelation,it no longer meets the independent assumptions in traditional statistics.Therefore,this paper adopts a spatial statistical method to study it.First,we selected 30 key cities throughout the country from 2014 to 2017.Air quality studies spatial autocorrelation between Jinan City and surrounding cities and found that the calculation of the global index passes a positive spatial autocorrelation test with a 95% significance level.Then,the local index and local statistics were calculated.It was found that Jinan City and surrounding cities formed high-value gathering areas.Then we studied the global correlation and local correlation of 17 cities in Shandong Province,and found that the air quality of each city in Shandong Province was positive spatial autocorrelation.It was found that the formation of low-value accumulation areas in Shandong Peninsula,Heze,Liaocheng,Binzhou and other places formed high Value aggregation area.Then the factors affecting air quality were analyzed from both human and natural factors,and the grey correlation analysis was performed on the six selected variables.It was found that the correlation degree between each impact variable and air quality reached more than 0.75,and regression analysis could be performed.The least squares regression analysis showed that the coefficients did not pass the test and the coefficient was determined to be 0.43.Therefore,geographically weighted regression was performed,the fitting effect was good,the coefficient of determination was 0.95,and the regression coefficients of various variables were visualized,and the influencing factors were found.The influence of air quality has spatial heterogeneity.The influence of different influencing factors on different regions is different,and it is easy for us to formulate different air quality control measures. |
