We report the novel crystal structures which include 6 inclusion compounds and 2 adducts in this thesis. In these compounds, the aromatic carboxylic acid organic compounds that are p-hydroxybenzoic acid,3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid,1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid and 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid as the host molecules are selected.Four auxiliary small molecules of boric acid, guanidine hydrochloride, chloride ions, and water were added as host molecules.n-Tetralkylammonium hydroxide was used as the guest template molecule to interact with the host molecules. The crystal structures were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction test. The hydrogen bonding mode, packing mode, and the inclusion law were studied and discussed. In the six inclusion compounds(2.1-2.6)prepared by n-tetralkylammonium hydroxide as a guest molecule, the introduction of different small molecules provides certain conditions for the generation of hydrogen bonds between the host molecules and the host-guest molecules.A variety of novel frameworks with have different stacking patterns been exhibited. In crystal structures of 2.1 and 2.2,there are typical "sandwich" type inclusion compounds. In 2.3 and 2.6,there are rhomboid three-dimensional hydrogen bond crystal lattices containing the tetrabutylammonium cation. In 2.4,due to the guest molecule tetrabutylammonium ions with many branches and a larger volume than host molecules, there is layer structure with the phenomenon of ‘anti-offering’ appears. In 2.5,there is a rectangular three-dimensional hydrogen bond lattice constructed by the tetramethylammonium cation and host molecules. The results have demonstrated that the addition of auxiliary small molecules promotes the hydrogen bond accumulation patterns and shows the more abundant and diversified connection forms of the host molecules. In the two adducts of 3.1 and 3.2,the supramolecular compound having the 3D hydrogen bond structures were constructed through the multi-type hydrogen bonds formed with a small molecule reagent, such as sulfate, guanidine hydrochloride, and water, and multi-carboxylic acid, such as the 5-aminoisophthalic acid,p-hydroxybenzoic acid and 2.6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid, which have multiple hydrogen bond sites and can be used both as a proton donor and as a proton acceptor.Through the above crystal structures and its hydrogen bond accumulation modes are studied,it is helpful to further explore the hydrogen bonds and other weak molecular interaction, and help to better select and design more reasonable and more valuable supermolecules. It is also will provide the experimental basis and theoretical basis for the design of certain drugs and solid materials.
