Machine tool is the basement and carrier of manufacturing industry,and the spindle is core part.With the continuous improvement of industrialization,the spindle machine tool is developing to high speed and high precision.The appearance of high speed and high precision machine tool spindle has greatly improved the efficiency of modern manufacturing industry,which has gradually replaced the traditional spindle in the manufacturing industry,and it is widely used in many fields,such as aerospace,military industry,metallurgy and so on.As it is affected by many factors,such as installation,high speed,and structure layout and so on,there are many problems in spindle use.However,the motorized spindle has both high speed and high precision performance,this paper aimed at the motorized spindle,the following research work is carried out to solve the problems of deformation,heat and rigidity.Due to its good performance,the angle contact ball bearing has been widely used in motorized spindle,this paper begins with the single angle contact ball bearing,and analyses the deformation the inner and outer ring raceway and the rolling body under the condition of external load and preload,and uses Newton-Raphson numerical iteration method to solve the problem.In order to prevent the failure of bearing fatigue caused by large preload,which has to analyze the maximum axial thrust load of ball bearing.Finally,it can get the temperature caused by the preload through the calculation bearing friction torque.In order to improve the theory calculation,this paper analyzes the same single angle contact ball bearing through RomaxDesigner.Based on the analysis of the single angle contact ball bearing,a ball bearing-spindle model has been developed.Through the finite element analysis,the trend of static stiffness,frequency,and critical speed have been researched under preload,and some research of uniform preload and un-uniform preload is also discussed.It designs two preload instruments which can offer uniform preload and un-uniform preloading,and check its performance.Based on the QinChuan YK73200 motorized spindle,it desiuns the experiment platform,and gives the items of temperature,deformation,frequency.This paper aims at the single ball bearing and ball bearing-spindle model and analyzes how preload influences spindle static performance through theory calculation and simulation.According to the requirement of motorized spindle,it designs the whole experiment and measurement items,finally gives the reasonable preload due to temperature,deformation,frequency. |
