As a typical movable joint of machine tool,the rolling linear guide pair has a great influence on the dynamic performance of the machine tool.This paper is based on the related research on the characteristics of the moving joint part of the rolling linear guide.The static stress analysis of the guide rail pair is carried out,the guide pair has a certain pretension force,and the theoretical model of the contact mechanics model and the deformation amount of the joint part of the motion is established.The numerical simulation results show that the normal contact stiffness of the single ball increases with the increase of the working load,and the increase in the increase amplitude is gradually slowed down.The normal contact stiffness of the slider increases with the increase of the number of N for each column of ball under the same external working load Q;the total number of working balls in each track is N=10.When the contact angle is alpha=45°,the overall normal contact stiffness kc of the slider increases with the increase of the normal pretension F0,and when the total load is larger than the critical load,the contact stiffness decreases to the minimum,and then increases slowly.The numerical simulation results verify the accuracy of the theoretical model.The ANSYS Workbench 15 finite element analysis software was used to analyze the statics analysis of the single ball bearing the single ball under a certain normal load.The static analysis and contact analysis of the rolling guide pair of the linear motion of the 1/2 linear motion under the effect of the total load and the preloading force were analyzed.The mechanical behavior of the contact surface directly determines the dynamic and static performance of the mechanical system,and is more prominent under heavy working conditions such as heavy loads.The contact analysis in ANSYS software is based on the finite element method,which belongs to nonlinear analysis.The results show that the stress and strain value of a single ball can meet the limit of the yield strength and the safety coefficient of the ball is larger when the single ball is required in the actual working condition,and the contact analysis of the rolling guide pair in the straight line is actually the friction contact surface of each row of ball rolling ball and its upper and lower contact raceway.Analysis.The results of the analysis prove that the stress and strain of the rolling guide pair in linear motion are mainly concentrated on both ends of the slider under the condition of a certain total load and pretightening force,and the effects of the stress and deformation on the ball and the slider are hardly produced,and then the contact state,contact pressure and contact friction of the results are obtained.It can be obtained that the contact between the upper roller and the guide rail and the slider has slip and rolling contact,and the contact state of the following balls is not obvious.
