| Due to the unclear geological conditions of the integrated and reorganized coal mines, the indiscriminate mining has left many sequelae. The frequent crossing of the coal face through the old lane and the empty lane has become a major problem and has become a compulsory course for mine safety management. If the old lanes and empty lanes are not fully managed, there will be accidents such as suffocation, water seepage, roof fall, gas emission, etc. Therefore, how to deal with the old lanes and empty lanes has become a difficult problem.Grouting filling is an important method to control goafs and old lanes, and grouting materials are one of the key links in grouting technology and that performance directly affects the quality of the filling project. In this paper, the research on low-density foam cement aims to provide a new type of lightweight filling material for filling grouting. The low-density foamed cement prepared in this paper is based on sulphoaluminate cement, mixed with metakaolin and other admixtures, and finally obtains ultra-low-density foam cement material with high compressive strength, high stability and low dry density. The effect of metakaolin and water-cement ratio on the compressive strength of foamed cement was verified by adjusting the proportion of mineral admixture in cement and the experimental water-cement ratio;adjusting the concentration of foam stabilizer in foaming liquid to improve foam stability;controlling the type of admixture And the amount to ensure the even distribution of the pores inside the foam cement. Finally, combined with the conclusions of each group of experiments, the best ratio of each admixture and admixture was integrated. The fluidity, dry density, initial setting time and expansion ratio of the final formulated foamed cement are measured to ensure that it meets the requirements of the grouting process and further optimizes the cost of the material under the formulation. |
