Metakaolin concrete mechanical properties,durability properties and microstructure analysis have a wide range of research and application of magnetized water instead of plain water used for mixing mixed with proper amount of metakaolin replacing cement preparation of magnetized water after mechanical properties and microstructure of the metakaolin concrete and its strength forming process of the present stage is limited,the macro mechanical properties and microscopic structure and the relationship between is rarely reported.This paper take " Study on Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of Magnetized Water Metakaolin Concrete",use different magnetization parameters of magnetized water and metakaolin content as a basic variable to investigate the magnetization of magnetized water and ash of metakaolin reaction of concrete,the influence of the magnetized water of metakaolin concrete compressive strength,splitting tensile strength test,the dynamic compression strength test,anti-cracking capability test and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)microstructure test and theoretical analysis.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the magnetized water to replace ordinary tap water mixing appropriate dosage of metakaolin metakaolin concrete of magnetized water of metakaolin concrete compressive strength and splitting tensile strength,impact test,by studying the different magnetization parameters of magnetized water can improve the volcanic activity of metakaolin and ascension of the metakaolin concrete 7 d standard curing age when the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength,selecting the appropriate preparation of magnetized water corresponding magnetic field intensity and magnetization of chilled water through the magnetizer magnetized parameters,such as identified in this new type of concrete material,magnetized water metakaolin concrete in the most appropriate magnetic parameters of magnetized water:The appropriate magnetic field intensity and the appropriate water flow through the magnetizer were 285-330mT and 13-16L/min,respectively.Secondly,on the basis of the magnetization parameter selection test of magnetized water,the concrete samples were prepared by mixing magnetized water with different metakaolin contents(6%,9%,12%,15%and 18%)equivalent to ordinary Portland cement after the appropriate magnetization parameter selection test of magnetized water.The compressive strength test and splitting tensile strength test of magnetized water metakaolin concrete were carried out after different standard curing ages(3d,7d,28d),to study the influence of magnetized water and adding metakaolin to replace cement on the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of magnetized water metakaolin concrete at different standard curing ages.The test results show that the optimal equivalent amount of metakaolin for magnetized water metakaolin concrete is 15%,and the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength at the standard curing ages of 3d,7d and 28d are 21.22%,27.09%and 8.53%higher than that of ordinary concrete,respectively.Thirdly,on the basis of the magnetized water parameter choice experiment,using the magnetized water after magnetization parameter choice experiment concluded that the magnetized water(magnetizer magnetic field strength is 330 mt,flows through the magnetization of water flow to 13 1/min)mix metakaolin content(6%,9%,12%,15%and 18%)after equal instead of ordinary Portland cement sample preparation of concrete.Magnetized water metakaolin concrete in different standard curing age(3 d,7 d and 28 d)after the split hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)test,dynamic compression strength and dynamic compression test after collecting magnetized water metakaolin concrete sample fragments of broken screening test and analysis of the dynamic of magnetized water metakaolin concrete compression strength,failure mode and characteristics of morphology and broken parting.Fourthly,using the magnetized water magnetization parameter choice experiment concluded that the magnetized water after magnetization parameters and combining with magnetized water of metakaolin concrete compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and dynamic compression performance test to determine the most appropriate magnetized water metakaolin concrete representative sample group,on behalf of magnetized water sample group of metakaolin concrete and ordinary concrete,the magnetized water concrete,metakaolin concrete and magnetized water metakaolin concrete anti-cracking performance groups of sample to test and analyze the basic features of the crack resistance,comparative analysis of the magnetized water metakaolin concrete anti-cracking performance advantages.Finally,using the magnetized water magnetization parameter choice experiment concluded that the magnetized water after magnetization parameters and combining with magnetized water of metakaolin concrete compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and dynamic compression strength test to determine the most appropriate magnetized water metakaolin group on behalf of the magnetized water concrete specimen in the two groups of metakaolin concrete and ordinary concrete specimen group contrast scanning electron microscopy,microstructure test,at the same time analysis in different standard curing age when magnetized water metakaolin changes the basic characteristics of the microstructure of concrete.Figure 32 table 15 references 74...
