| The Gengcun Coal Mine of Henan Energy Group Yima Mine has a large mining depth,hard coal quality,large coal seam thickness and high impact tendency.Its 13230 working face has a strong impact risk.How to take anti-shock measures in the safe production process of mines,especially the targeted anti-shock measures for the geological characteristics of the 13230 working face,depends to a large extent on the stress magnitude and spatial distribution of the coal rock mass in the working face.From the theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and on-site actual monitoring,this paper studies the evolution law of stress distribution of mining coal rock mass during the mining process of 13230 working face.The research work and main achievements are as follows:(1)In the solid coal mining under the 13230 working face,the borehole installation stress monitoring sensor is built,and the real-time monitoring system of mining stress is established.The mining stress in the mining process is monitored in real time,and the change trend of mining stress is analyzed.The field test results show that with the recovery of the working face,and the stress of the mining coal rock body first increases slowly,then increases sharply,and reaches the peak and then shows the trend of falling cliff type.(2)Based on the FLAC3 D numerical simulation software,a three-dimensional numerical model of the 13230 working face was established,and the distribution evolution law of the mining rock mass before and after mining was simulated.The results show that the 1330 working face mining lead distance is about 170 meters.(3)The precursor response characteristics of mining stress to impact ground pressure are analyzed and compared with microseismic,electromagnetic radiation and cuttings parameters.The early response time of each parameter to the impact pressure precursor is comprehensively analyzed.The results show that each monitoring index has obvious response characteristics to the impact ground pressure,and has a certain early response time for the precursor of the impact ground pressure.The research results reveal the stress distribution law of coal mining body and the response characteristics to the rockburst,which provides a basis for the mine’s anti-shock work and provides guarantee for the safe production of the mine. |
