As a kind of continuous transport equipment,coal conveyor belt will malfunction,such as off tracking and tearing during a long period of load operation which has negative effects on safety production of coal preparation plant.The inspection work of conveyor belt relies on manual work which leads to low productivity and labour intensive.The fault detection of conveyor belt depends on the running deviation sensor,the coverage is small,the detection effect is bad,with a blind area.Therein,a set of automatic inspection device for coal conveyor belt in coal preparation plant which can realize automatic inspection for coal conveyor belt is designed in order to overcome the above problems.This device uses the way of traveling on track to inspect the conveyor belt,it’s possible to detect the deviation of the conveyor belt and the environmental parameters of the coal preparation plant such as temperature and humidity,smoke concentration by carrying a variety of sensors on the device.The inspection device sends the collected data to the upper computer for processing and display by means of WiFi communication.In this topic,the causes and types of the failure of conveyer belt deviation are studied in detail.On this basis,the overall structure,driving system,detection system and charging device of the automatic inspection device are designed.The hardware of the inspection device with device selection,basic hardware circuit design and software program are designed.Aiming at the deviation fault of conveyor belt,a detection method based on deep learning is proposed,and the basic principle of this method is elaborated in detail.Using the strong image processing capability of deep learning,a convolutional neural model with 7-layer network is built on TensorFlow platform.It is used to identify the pictures of coal conveyor belt normal operation and deviation fault,and the accurate classification is realized.Finally,a set of on-line monitoring and management system of upper computer is designed by using LabVIEW software.It realizes the real-time display of the inspection and operation of automatic inspection device,and achieve the goal of “unattended”.
