Abstract/Summary:
This paper mainly introduced two spectral analysis techniques:surface enhanced Raman scattering spectroscopy(SERS)and molecular fluorescence analysis techniques.The SERS enhancement mechanism,the progress of SERS research,SERS quantitative analysis,the overview of molecular fluorescence analysis technology and the application development of two spectral analysis techniques in environmental and food analysis were introduced.The brief development history of nano-enzymes,the classification of major nano-enzymes and the main factors affecting the activity of nano-enzymes,and the application of non-labeled nano-enzyme catalysis techniques in spectral analysis were reviewed.The research progress of3,3’,5,5’-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)and its application in spectral analysis were summarized.The progress of analytical research on sulfite was introduced.The main research contents and research significance of this topic were briefly introduced.In acidic Tris-HCl buffer solution and 40℃water bath conditions,the reaction of H2O2 to oxidize TMB was slow,and MoS2 nanosheet catalyzes the oxidation of TMB by H2O2 to form blue oxide(TMBox)with fluorescence effect and SERS activity.When SO32-was added,the TMBox fluorescence signal and the SERS signal were lowered.With the increase of SO32-concentration,the fluorescence signal and the SERS signal decreased linearly.In the range of the0.067-23.33 mg/L concentration of SO32-,theΔF405nm05nm value showed a good linear relationship with the concentration of SO32-,the detection limit was 1.3×10-33 mg/L;In the AgNPs substrate,it showed a strong SERS effect at 1606cm-1.The enhanced SERS signalΔI1606cm-1606cm-1 was linear to SO32-concentration in the range of 2.5×10-3-3.5 mg/L,the detection limit was 9.05×10-55 mg/L.The oxidant and reagent of the reaction system were replaced,and the results showed that the H2O2-TMB system had the best effect on detecting sulfite.Accordingly,a new method for detecting sulfite by Fluorescence/SERS was established.
