| In order to improve the heat utilization rate of tobacco leaf curing,use new energy,reduce costs,reduce pollution,ensure the quality of tobacco leaf curing,and increase tobacco farmers’ economic benefits,this paper studied the air source heat pump,biomass,and coal-fired intensive curing barn.Room performance,physiological and biochemical changes of tobacco leaves during the curing process,differences in the quality of flue-cured tobacco,and the influence of the air-source heat pump intensive curing barn curing process on the quality of the flue-cured tobacco,which are related to the accuracy of temperature control,curing costs,pigment degradation,and loss water speed,economic properties and sensory quality are the main focus.The effects of different energy curing barns on performance,physiology,biochemistry and quality are analyzed,in order to explore energy barns with better performance and baking effect,in order to reduce labor,reduce costs,and improve the quality and efficiency of baking requires the provision of a theoretical basis.Below are key research findings.(1)Research on the performance of new energy intensive curing barnThere were significant differences in the performance of the air-source heat pump,biomass,and coal-fired intensive curing barns.Compared with the coal-fired intensive curing barn,the air source heat pump intensive curing barn had an average heating rate of 1.30 °C/min under empty load conditions,an increase of 0.87 °C/min and 0.95 °C/min respectively,and an average cooling rate of 0.42 °C/min,respectively,faster by 0.06 °C/min and 0.07 °C/min,the load baking time was shorter,the temperature changed during the baking process was smaller,the temperature control was better,the temperature difference between the horizontal plane and the vertical plane was small,and the total baking cost was the cost per unit of flue-cured tobacco was the lowest.In terms of comprehensive performance and various indicators,the air source heat pump intensive curing barn has a relatively high performance balance.(2)Research on the main chemical composition changes during the baking process of the new energy intensive curing barnThere were certain differences in the pigment,moisture,and main chemical substances in the tobacco curing process of air-source heat pump,biomass,and coal-fired intensive curing barn.Compared with biomass and coal-fired intensive curing barns,heat pump curing barn tobacco leaves chlorophyll decomposed faster,the carotenoid degradation rate was not much different,and the leaf-like ratio rised faster;the leaves,leaf veins,and total water content declined faster,the leaf water content droped to the end of 54 ℃,the leaf veins and total water content decreased slowly throughout the baking process;the starch decomposition rate was faster,the reducing sugar and total sugar were synthesized faster,the nicotine decline rate was appropriate,which was higher than that of biomass and coal-fired baking room.On the whole,the yellowing of tobacco leaves in the air source heat pump curing barn was coordinated with the loss of water,and the conversion and synthesis of chemical substances were within the appropriate range,which was beneficial to improve the quality of tobacco leaves.(3)Research on baking quality of new energy intensive curing barnThere were certain differences in the quality of tobacco leaves after air-source heat pump,biomass,and coal-fired intensive curing barns.Compared with biomass and coal-fired curing barns,heat pump curing barns had a larger shrinkage rate and smaller fresh and dry tobacco leaves.The proportion of first-class tobacco after curing was higher,the average price was higher,and the grade structure was more balanced;the appearance of the tobacco leaves was better.All are oranges,with looser structure,high oil content,high total score;content of main chemical components were within the appropriate range,coordination was accep table le;carotenoid degradation products,Maillard reaction products,new the total content of phytadiene and aroma substances was relatively high;the richness and intensity of fragrance were increased,the concentration and strength were moderate,the aroma quality,aroma volume,and permeability were high,and the odor and irritation were low.The sensory quality was the best.On the whole,the quality of tobacco leaves after the air source heat pump intensive curing barn was relatively high.(4)Research on the of flue-cured tobacco quality by the precise baking process of the new energy intensive curing barnTaking the air-source heat pump intensive curing barn as the representative of new energy,research the key dry and wet bulb combination for baking,and determine the better baking process.There were significant differences in the quality of tobacco leaves after different curing processes.Moderate temperature and low humidity(temperature and humidity: 38/35 ℃,42/36 ℃,48/37 ℃,54/39 ℃,68/41 ℃)process-cured tobacco leaves had a balanced grade structure,high appearance quality,appropriate content of main chemical components,high coordination,and medium the content of neutral aroma substances was higher,the sensory quality was higher,and the overall quality was more balanced,followed by medium temperature and high humidity,and medium temperature and medium humidity(control)was poor. |
