| The reservoir of Luo 322 in Kenxi Oilfield has deep buried depth,low permeability and high viscosity of crude oil,which belongs to ultra-deep oil reservoir.Due to the deep burial,the formation pressure exceeds the critical pressure of the steam,the conventional thermal viscosity reduction effect is poor,and by the low permeability,the higher viscosity of the crude oil in the formation of the flow is difficult,the drain radius is small.Therefore,the key to the development of this type of reservoir is the effective degreasing of crude oil and the reasonable improvement of formation seepage conditions.In this paper,the research on the difficulties in the development of ultra-deep heavy oil reservoirs is carried out.Firstly,CO2 is used to reduce the viscosity of ultra-deep and low-viscosity heavy oil.On the basis of this understanding,And the viscosity reduction viscosity reducing agent is used to form the CO2 solubilization and viscosity reduction system,which has a good synergistic viscosity reduction effect in the ultra deep layer heavy oil.Secondly,based on the physical simulation experiment,the seepage law of heavy oil is studied,and the change of seepage law under fracturing and non-fracturing conditions is compared.The results show that the ultra-Reservoir reconstruction.Finally,based on the above research,it is clear that the method of viscosity reduction of ultra-deep layer of low-pressure heavy oil is that the method of CO2 solubilization and viscosity reduction in the early stage of reservoir development and high pressure,The later formation pressure decreased,the use of DCS way viscosity reduction;for the bottomless reservoir,the use of fracturing reservoirs,bottom of the reservoir,the use of radial water jet to improve reservoir seepage conditions.In the same way,numerical development is used to optimize the development technology of ultra-deep and low-pressure heavy oil.Finally,the development countermeasures of ultra-deep and low-pressure heavy oil in Luo 322 block of Kenxi Oilfield are formed.The development of ultra-deep and low-density heavy oil can further enrich the development of heavy oil technology and broaden the development field,which is of great significance to the economic development of heavy oil.It also plays a decisive role in the stability of heavy oil production in Shengli Oilfield. |
