| YTP co.,LTD.Is a small and medium-sized enterprises,mainly engaged in oil special pipe.The company nearly hundred employees,annual output value is about 50 million yuan.Although in recent years,as the price of crude oil in the international market has increased,and the increase of petroleum exploration projects,most of the oil pipeline in our country present a tendency of rising sales quota.However,YTP company almost 5 years since the sales amount is almost zero growth.YTP co.,LTD.As a small and medium enterprises,there are many problems inside it.Company management mode,for example,extensive,marketing work is short on detailed marketing plan,sales personnel professional level is not high,the marketing channel is not smooth,the company the problem such as the inadequate management of Marketing Department.These problems cannot be solved for a long time,makes the YTP company’s performance in difficult condition for a long time.Taking YTP problems in the Marketing Department as the research object,using data analysis method and interview method,operating status of YTP company,especially the systematic analysis of the present situation and problems of sales.Later,according to these data from marketing plan,professional level,the marketing channels and department management the four aspects carries on the analysis,it is concluded that the root of the problem in human resources there.Starting from the problem,put forward the Marketing Department post optimization scheme,preparation of YTP company marketing assessment system,specific protection measures are put forward. |
