Research On High-level Talents Plan Of XJ Oil Field

Talents are the core force that enterprises develop and expand the advanced productivity,and the hope for enterprises to achieve the leap development.As a knowledge intensive oil&gas production enterprise,the overall level of talent development of XJ Oilfield does not adapt to the requirements of leapfrog oilfield development.Especially it needs to be perfected in the aspects of high-level talents plan and construction.High-level talents plan is studied in this paper.On the basis of scientific definition of high-level talents in the oil field and the basic theory of talent plan,this paper analyzes the current situation of high-level talents in XJ oilfield,and discusses the problems in high-level talents plan.Then it applies experience forecast method,oil and gas equivalent growth forecast method and the comprehensive efficiency complement method to forecast the supply and demand of high-level talents in XJ Oilfield.According to the forecast results,it develops high-level talents plan of XJ Oilfield development,and puts forward the perfect safeguard measures on the implementation of talent plan.The study can help XJ Oilfield to solve the problem of current high-level talent shortage,improve technology innovation capability and core competitiveness,and promote its scientific,efficient and sustainable development.
