With the rapid development of auto industry and the rise of people living standard,gas industry also obtained fast development.But as the gas station number increased,competitiveness gradually strengthened,oil quality and operation mode similarly,profitable level gradually reduced,profit margin was more and more thin.When the business model and the price were no longer the competitive advantage,gas stations began to seek new operation mode and a new profit growth point like the non-oil business.This paper conducted systematic analysis on Acompany’s gas stationof CNPCnon-oil business development history and status quo,summarized the problems in the process of operation,found out the gap and insufficiency.Then through combining with the experience of advanced enterprises in the developed countries,the effective improvement measures were put forward,and the domestic gas station non-oil business development direction and the pattern of economic growth wassummed up.Through the research on the non-oil business,aimed at carrying the relevant management theory into the practice,makingthe non-oil businessresearch more comprehensive,laying a more solid foundationfor the healthy development.Ithas an important reference meaning and directive significance for domestic oil enterprises to improve the ability of dealing with risk and topromote its competitiveness.
