As the development of science and technology,kinds of technical problems of oil transportation have been resolved in pipeline transportation.Meanwhile,the oil product pipeline shows the superiority of the technical and economic aspects and which has been rapidly developing in the world.Chinese oil product pipeline construction was developed late and there are still many technical aporias to be resolved.Compared with foreign advanced technique,there is still much gap between domestic oil product pipeline sequence transportation technologies and them,and there are still some technical problems in the design and construction phase.Therefore,fully grasping the oil product pipeline transportation technology and overcoming the technical aporias will supply the distinct guidance to improve the technical level of Chinese oil product pipeline.From the studying of the delivery process of Jin-Zheng oil product pipeline project,a safe and reliable delivery technology will be presented in this article under the multi point injection and multi point transmission conditions of Jin-Zheng project.Base on the studying of the optimal cycle of the oil pipeline,mixed oil processing,working characteristics of pipeline system,the maximum throughput,operation and control problems and etc,to determine the optimal batch and tank design and optimization of transportation technology via comparison of the present cost and economic.According to the settings of stations and the valve chamber,to analysis dynamic and steady process of pipeline system and the solving measures of water hammer will be raised from the analysis of water hammer under different working conditions.Base on the pipeline transportation technology research,combining with the engineering practice,determining the injection volume of each station according to the constant flow process to ensure the operation of the pipeline system working smoothly,to prevent the variety of mixed oil caused by oil volume changes,to supply successful experience for multi point injection oil product transportation.The cutting and processing scheme for mixed oil pipeline will be raised from the analysis of oil pipeline mixing mechanism and process,which will benefit in reducing the operating cost and improvement of the economic benefits and the transmission pipeline design technology of oil product pipeline.
