Reseach On The Refinery Optimization By Using PIMS

This paper combines the work of all kinds of optimization design to carry out the actual project,using Aspen’s PIMS model of process industry system,discusses the advantages and limitations of the role of PIMS in the application of the software in refinery.The PIMS model is stable,fast convergence speed,the operation is relatively simple,in order to achieve the refinery benefit maximization as the goal,to provide a scientific basis for the production and operation of enterprises planning optimization and decision analysis,has very high guiding significance for the actual production in the refinery.This paper briefly discusses the basic principle of PIMS software.Mathematical model was established by using linear programming technique,the maximum economic benefit as the objective function of linear programming,with the oil processing capacity and processing capacity of the unit and device properties of raw materials,product quality requirements such as linear equation constraint group.The application of distributed recursive technique(DR)to realize the prediction and transfer of material properties.The Delta-Base structure was used to determine the effect of the change of feed properties on the product properties and yield.Therefore,the PIMS software is more suitable to be used as a tool for the optimization of the overall process of oil refining enterprises.From the choice of crude oil,crude oil processing volume selection,for production bottleneck factors of the application of linear programming in planning technology in refinery.The final show of PIMS software in refinery planning stage,to provide detailed data support,simplify the design work,the contrast is obvious effect,is of great significance to the planning stage of the project.From the refinement of the model structure,discuss the correction method of model application,increase inventory optimization,multi period model set to study the PIMS software in the operation of the refinery production.In this paper,through research,find a simply way to establish the Delta-base database.Finally,this paper makes a further research and development of PIMS software to improve the poor visibility of PIMS report,make the data more accurate,more clear,more suitable for use in the work.
