The Daniudi gas field is located in the northern part of the Yi Shan slope of the Ordos Basin.At present the gas well production is decreasing rapidly,with the difficulty of carrying liquid,the total dissoloved solid of the output water is high,and the hydrogen sulfide is common.In view of the above problems,this paper based on the analysis of the geological characteristics of the gas field,gas test data and production data,optimal design gas well production system.And form a set of gas recovery technology which adapt to the Daniudi gas field.This paper analyzes gas well testing data and production data,and divides the production stage.The study field of horizontal pressure presents the variation characteristics of two phase boundaries for 50 days,production shows the short-term stability in open-flow capacity from2/5 to 1/10 quickly dropped to open flow potential of three phase change characteristics,according to the characteristics of horizontal well production proration is put forward by 2/5of the open flow potential drops to less than a quarter of open flow potential.The statistical analysis of the ma 5 layers six gas wells output water features.Research shows that the ma 5layers of groundwater water belongs to calcium chloride.Anion in water quantity is greater than the amount of cation and linearly related,K++Na+and Ca2+into negative correlations.Carry out the skid-mounted device for single well dewatering desulfurization and borehole filling type TE efficient sulfur agent two sulfur removal process test.Studies have shown that two kinds of desulfurization technology can meet the requirements of sulphur in natural gas.Filling in well TE type high sulfur agent construction is convenient,sulfur removal effect is good,suitable for gas field gas desulphuration process and to determine the gas desulphuration agent filling system.The roche bubble high test and field test can be compared to the UT-11C type bubble row agent and foam agent.In the proof UT-11C bubble row agent has better ability of both liquid foam,bubble,bubble row effect is superior to the ancient bubble row.The ma 5 layers of gas bubble row of drainage gas recovery appropriate chooses UT-11C as main bubble row elixir.The applicable condition,the velocity tube drainage gas recovery technology used with theoretical calculation of horizontal well critical with liquid flow rate,determine the speed of 38.1 mm is the optimal pipe size,gas velocity tube down to the depth of the upper point A 20 m,the optimal timing of down to water to gas ratio 1.5m3/104m3.
