At present,the intelligent monitoring systems of field production process of looms which have been researched and developed both at home and abroad have basically realized the functions such as: the real-time collection,monitoring,storage,statistics and alarming of the filed production data of looms,which to some extent have improved the automation and informatization level of the production monitoring management of textile industry.However,in order to utilize the big data perceived and accumulated in the production site adequately and to demonstrate the tacit knowledge,it is obvious that the data mining and knowledge discovery during the field production of looms have become a problem demanding prompt solution.Therefore,the subject of this paper is of great practical significance and application value,which has got sponsored by the National Longitudinal Project "Data Fusion and Integration Technology Research and Development"(NO.2014BAF07B01).After investigating the enterprise and referring to large amount of bibliographies,the demand analysis for intelligent monitoring system of field production process of looms was given and the key technology was researched,then the prototype system was designed and realized.The main work and results of this paper are as follows:(1)By investigating field production requirement of the enterprise and analyzing the information requirement,technical requirement and function requirement in detail,directing at the environment feature of the field production,a two-subsystem-and-four-layer-structure framework of intelligent monitoring system of field production of looms was proposed,accompanying with a set of feasible system designing schemes,which laid a foundation for the realization of rule extracting and prediction of production status of looms.(2)In order to better show the production capacity,combining with the statistical data of different dimensions of the field production process of looms,the data base system was designed.On this basis,it had realized the excavation of the production capacity of looms through statistic analysis and provided an important basis for scheduling and planning of the looms.(3)By analyzing the indexes affecting the prediction of production status,an extracting model based on rough set theory was established,which can be used to generaterules.Besides,on the basis of constructing rule-knowledge base of production status,a forward reasoning has been proposed to realize prediction of production status.(4)Integrating the intelligent monitoring requirement of the field production process into a textile factory,by adopting MFC and SQL SERVER,the intelligent monitoring system was developed.After practical application,it verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the system which has also been recognized by the enterprise.Image:34,Figure:16,References: 94.
