| The storage space of the fractured vuggy reservoir is complex,and the flow characteristics of the fluids in the fractures are also complex.Thus,the study of remaining oil distribution after water flooding in fractured vuggy reservoir is still facing great challenges.3D printing technology is applied to make fractured vuggy reservoir physical models.In my study,the material for 3D printing is selected to make the model properties similar to reservoir.The physical models of the two-dimensional and three-dimensional typical fracture-cavity is produced.Then,the water flooding oil experiment is carried out on the model,which means the technology to produce fractured vuggy reservoir physical models by 3D printing and to carry out physical experiment on that came into being.Then remaining oil type is defined,aiming at which,effective EOR measures is put forward.We selected the resin coated sand to be the material for our 3D printing.And the method for model sealing and the method for substrate permeability reducing were developed.The physical model of fractured vuggy reservoir was made by 3D printing technology.It if found that remaining oil was mainly distributed in the attic,end,high diversion channel on both sides and other places.And the measures to improve the recovery includes changing the water injection speed,changing the injection mode,gas injection and son. |
