At present,the oil industry is affected by the low international oil price and the development prospects are very pessimistic,comprehensive energy saving technology of electric submersible pump is becoming more and more attention.In order to explore the way of energy saving electric submersible pump system,which will provide a scientific basis for the design and application of electric submersible pump,study the distribution and influence factor of energy consumption of electric submersible pump system and put forward the corresponding optimization measures through the analysis of the working condition is very necessary.At first,this article considers the wellbore temperature distribution of the electric submersible pump well on offshore,established the wellbore temperature distribution model which is suitable for ESP wells on offshore.this paper integrated application of oil well output characteristics,wellbore pressure and temperature distribution model,simulation models of electric submersible pump unit and pipeline characteristics of production system of electric submersible pump well simulated prediction.Later,through the simulation of electric submersible pump well head lift the estimation value of the predicted values and the submersible pump pressurization comparison showed that the article chooses the oil output model,wellbore pressure and temperature distribution model,submersible pump characteristic curve revision model on viscosity and air content can satisfy the simulation calculation of the oil field production system.On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of electric submersible pump well production system energy consumption influence factors,electric submersible pump well production system of energy consumption model is established,applying this model,the ground power input,the power loss of the cable,submersible motor power loss,the pump power loss and the effective power of the submersible pump well was calculated on quantitative.The operation condition of the application of simulation software for each well check reports,composition distribution of energy consumption,etc.On improving system efficiency optimization design,respectively put forward saving energy and reducing consumption measures for the newly developed well and the working well,electric submersible pump unit parameter optimization,choke and frequency conversion adjustment etc.all the three methods take the most system efficiency as the objective function.Select ESP facility for new well,adjust the working point of trouble wells.The adjustment results show that the electric submersible pump well system efficiency is improved,tons of fluid power consumption is decreased.Finally,combined the model and method,we use VB6.0 language compiled the software: ―Research on Energy Analysis and System Efficiency Optimization of the ESP Well on Offshore‖,Using the software calculate the consumption condition and optimized design for 16 ESP wells on offshore.There are 14 wells’ displacement efficiency and power utilization efficiency to be outside the scope of reasonable recommendations.Simulation software through analyzing the energy consumption of the 14 well situation,put forward instructional optimal design respectively.Look from the optimization results,System average efficiency increases by 3.3% and average every tons of the well fluid power consumption reduce 0.6 kW h,optimization effect is remarkable.
