At present,most of China’s oil fields have entered the period of high water cut and high gas content production.In recent years,as the centrifugal pump is gradually perfect,make its use rate rising,mainly used in the depth of 1500 m-3000 m deep well,and in some specific conditions of the directional well and deviated well well type,known as the traditional submersible centrifugal pump is controlled by the cable motor,connected by coupling to the motor shaft and the pump shaft,and control pump shaft makes the high-speed rotation,Through the button and the wheel hub,cooperate to drive the impeller,centering on the pump shaft will be pressurized liquid,transmitting,and complete the energy conversion between,the tandem arrangement makes the structure is too long,compact device,easy for vibration wear caused by the fault of the high frequency of rotation for a long time for coupling also caused some damage,but also for some special conditions,such as slope There is no way to install properly,which has a certain degree of impact on adaptability.In maintenance,installation of the existing submersible centrifugal pump is designed for mostly,thrust bearing,centering bearing and seal,and pump body is the overall design,this kind of design in today’s technology cannot do local installation,pump body as a whole,the installation must be carried out in the now for the upper and lower joint parts of the installation,maintenance,caused a lot of trouble,many times the dismantling of the pump body for the cost of funds,And the wear and tear of the device.In this paper,the integration of the traditional submersible centrifugal pump structure design,the submersible motor and centrifugal pump nested design,motor rotor design into a hollow structure,centrifugal pump installed in the motor as a whole,to achieve the "integration of machine and pump".This scheme can not only greatly reduce the length of the submersible centrifugal pump,but also shorten the transmission chain and improve the mechanical efficiency.At the same time,the well fluid can flow through the hollow motor rotor,the motor can simultaneously heat inside and outside,so that the temperature of the motor can be effectively controlled.The motor is embedded in the shell,and the motor shaft is positioned to a certain extent on the shaft,so that the structure is more stable.Power transmission through cables can better control the motor shaft,reduce the wear of the motor shaft,and prolong the service life of the motor shaft;Motor shaft is also equivalent to the pump shaft,this structure will be in the traditional sense of motor shaft and pump shaft arranged in series,and through the coupling to connect the way into the device does not need the coupling,the length has been greatly shortened,compact structure,can be in inclined Wells,directional Wells and other special conditions have better adaptability.Joint for removable parts,this paper described the thrust bearing is installed in its top,described in the bearing installation within the brackets,as described on the joint bearing with convex platform is used to support,thus it can be by removing the connector can replace the thrust bearing,in this paper,the mechanical seal device installed under the above joint,which is located between the outlet and pump shaft,And the part of the mechanical seal extends out of the lower joint,in order to facilitate direct disassembly from the lower joint,so you can complete the maintenance without disassembly of the pump body,or replace the mechanical seal required for easy maintenance.To apply to the diameter of the five dimensions for 90 electric submersible pump as the research object,because of motor with centrifugal pump nested design,the size of the centrifugal pump for 65 mm,the impeller blades were improved,and then based on the fluid dynamics theory,establish a new type of electric submersible pump of the fluid domain,using ICEM mesh,determine the fluid dynamics model and calculation method,The single-phase flow of type 65 and type 90 esp was simulated by CFD fluid simulation software,and the external characteristics and internal flow characteristics of the new esp and the prototype were compared and analyzed.Then,the structure of the 65 type esp is optimized through the simulation results,and finally the data parameters are better than those of the 90 type ESP.
