Nowadays,China is the largest construction market in the world,accounting for about 50% of the global construction area,the newly added area exceeds 2.5 billion square meters simultaneously.The solid waste of China’s construction has accounted for about 40% of urban waste,and the resource recovery rate has been far lower than the developed countries.The realization of the quantitative measurement of solid waste at the construction site is the primary issue for increasing the recycling rate,and it is also the basis and prerequisite for the resource utilization and reduction.Firstly,this master thesis compares the two aspects of definition and composition of the solid waste,construction waste and construction rubbish at the construction site to determine the similarities and differences among the three.Secondly,based on the actual situation of construction site in our country,the estimation model of solid waste at construction site are put forward by means of decomposition-combined measurement,material tracking method,solid waste classification system and mathematical analysis method with the construction site as the boundary,and at the same time,the theoretical analysis of the solid waste in the construction phase is carried out to estimate the amount of solid wastes in different construction process,and the estimation method of solid waste on construction site is formed.Then,the gray theory GM(1,1)prediction model is used to predict the standard floor,and the prediction accuracy of GM(1,1)is determined through case analysis.Finally,developing research programs,which based on the original theoretical model,investigate at construction site,and obtain data for analysis,draw the relevant conclusions.The results show that the typical values and the representative intervals of the material waste rates of each partitioned project are as below: the concrete waste rate of concrete works is 3.28%,representing the range of(0.6144%,5.9456%);steel waste rate of steel reinforcement works that diameter less than 10 mm is 2.88%,representing the range of(0.622%,5.138%);brick and block waste rate of masonry work is 3.33%,representing the range of(0.61%,6.02%).The theoretical waste is generally greater than the quota waste,mainly due to improper construction operations at the construction site,unscientific management level and the level of personnel involved.According to the case analysis,the solid waste from the construction site mainly comes from the spoil,and the main sources of the waste in addition to the spoil are concrete,wood,masonry,mortar,and metal.Therefore,strengthening the control of wastes such as spoil and concrete can greatly reduce the amount of solid waste generated.The thesis initially explored the quantitative measurement method of solid waste at the construction site,enriched the theoretical research system of solid waste quantification in China,provided data support for the reduction and utilization of solid waste,and offered theoretical guidance for relevant construction departments to formulate corresponding policies. |
