| In recent years,with the improvement of living standards,people have more and more analysis and research on edible oil.Among them,the research on linolenic acid has gradually deepened.Unsaturated fatty acids such as linolenic acid have important significance for people’s health.This paper mainly studied the rapid detection of linolenic acid in flaxseed oil by GC-MS,the purification of linolenic acid in linseed oil and the decolorization process of different flaxseed oil and tea oil in two production areas.Analysis of linolenic acid content by external standard quantitative method.The results showed that the linolenic acid content was linear in the range of 0.043625 mg/mL-0.677mg/mL,and the recovery rate was between 98% and 101%.The deviation is between 1.42%and 1.75%,within the relevant measurement requirements.In the present study,high-purity linolenic acid products were obtained by two-pass chromatography of linseed oil with urea-silica gel and cuprous chloride-silica gel.The results showed that linseed oil contained only oleic acid,linoleic acid and linolenic acid after urea-silica chromatography.A linolenic acid product with a purity higher than 90 % was obtained after cuprous chloride-silica chromatography.The flaxseed oil and tea oil of the two origins were subjected to a heating decolorization experiment.In the case of decolorization time of 30 min,the best process for the decolorization of oil in 3 was obtained.The linseed oil(Shanxi)was decolored after the red value of R: 10,the yellow value was Y: 1;the linseed oil was twice bleached.After that,the red value(R)is 6,and the yellow value(Y)is 0.3.The red value(R)of the tea oil after two decolorizations is 3.3,and the yellow value(Y)is 0.2. |
