| The color difference quality of automobile is one of the important contents of automobile quality,which will directly affect whether consumers buy cars.Taking Guangqi Honda automobile co.,LTD.(G company)No.1 Painting workshop quality as the background and based,study the influence of robot spraying parameters on the color difference of automobile painting,to improving the quality of color difference.This article firstly analyzes the present situation of color difference management in No.1 painting workshop,and points out two problems in color difference management.The first problem is that the color difference quality debugging time is long and time-consuming in the new color import process.The second problem is the insufficient ability to reduce the color difference by adjusting the spraying parameters in the management of mass production that had happened serious color problem.Both of these problems are related to robot spraying parameters.Secondly,take the color YR625 M as an example,the spraying parameters of the robot experiment was designed.Through the Taguchi test,the key spraying parameters and the influence trend of color difference were found out,and a new color difference quality debugging process was summarized.The new debugging process is that firstly the taguchi test was adopted to find out the key spraying parameters and influence trends of color difference,then combined with painting materials and key spray parameter adjustment,achieve the color difference target.It is concluded that the spraying parameters and the influence of color difference will not change when the small range of painting materials adjustment.Then,according to the test results of the spraying parameters,the improvement measures are put forward.The new color difference quality debugging and improvement measures are to apply the new debugging process of the test to the color standard plate making,the duanque and pinque stages.The improvement countermeasure of mass production spraying parameter management is to carry out trend management according to the color difference management table and the key spraying parameters of each color.Finally,the countermeasures are applied to the actual work.After the verification of the practice,the new color NH830M’s adjustment time of color difference quality was shortened by two months.The color difference rate of the product is reduced after the implementation of the color difference management table.Both measures have achieved good results and improved the color difference quality management level of G company. |
