The Research On Corporate Clients' Credit Risk Management Case Of A Bank

With the gradual deepening of the market economy and the acceleration of economic globalization development,the Group enterprises are gradually becoming strong support of China's rapid economic growth,and becoming high-quality customers which banks are actively marketing to.How to identify the credit risks of group customer and how to control the credit risks of group customer,are now becoming an difficult and hot research for banks.This article bases on the achievements of the predecessors,uses credit risks of group customer for the analysis object,does in-depth analysis on credit risks of group customer,and provides reference for practical and theoretical study on the risk control of commercial banks.At the same time,in view of the existing problems in credit risk control and management,combined with empirical and case studies,this article probes credit risk management and control measures of group customer from the bank angle.First,combining the research status,this article describes the background and significance of the group customer's credit risks;second,this article introduces the situation of A Bank and B Gas Group,as well as the credit scheme of B Gas Group.Third,this article introduces the group credit risk management system,the credit risk management of B Gas Group,and analysis on the risks and causes of A Bank's group credit risk.The group credit risk management system includes risk identification,risk assessment and risk control.The credit risk management of B Gas Group mainly introduces the credit risk identification,risk assessment and risk control of B Gas Group.Through the risk identification of B Gas Group,the possible risks include capital supervision risk,over-credit risk and related transaction supervision risk.This article evaluates the credit risk of B Gas Group.In view of the possible risks of B Gas Group,this article puts forward the corresponding risk control measures.This article also introduces the forms,characteristics and causes of A Bank's group credit risks.At last,this article introduces the optimization measures of group credit risk management system.In conclusion,I hope this article can make contribution to complete the risk control theory of group credit risks in commercial banks,and provide advice and draw reference value to the credit risk control of group credit risks at the present stage.
