The tailings preparation system plays an important role in the smooth operation of theconcentrator system.Due to the change of working conditions in the pharmaceutical preparation system of a titanium dressing plant of Panzhihua Iron& Steel(Group)Co.,the processing amount of tailings increases sharply,which exposes the problem of the inadequate pharmaceutical preparation capacity,great system feedback information deviation and the lack of system self-regulation ability.For above issues,the paper achieves the purpose of the pharmaceutical adding scientifically and reasonably,good configuration effect and the solution concentration satisfying the production demand,through the improvement of equipment and the feedback control link system.Firstly,this paper learns the important factors of the pharmaceutical preparation,through the analysis of polyacrylamide property and the test of its solution configuration.In addition,the relevant important process parameters is adjusted and re-confirmed.The reselection of the equipment such as circulating pump,primary mixing barrel,storage tank effectively improves the capacity and efficiency of the pharmaceutical preparation system’s flocculant preparation.Secondly,the paper designs the equipment automation control strategy according the process scheme above.To be specific,the purpose that the flocculant solution concentration can be automatically adjusted due to actual need is achieved by the following process: a)configuring the flocculant solution in routine control process;b)using the particle settling velocity in thickener as the feedback parameter;c)designing the control of system feedback via the fuzzy control method;d)diluting the flocculant solution at one time(the second configuration).Finally,the molding system testing results imply that the new pharmaceutical preparation system can produce the solution complete satisfing the actual need,and solves the problems of low allocation efficiency,the large input,the deviation of feedback information and so on.Besides,it effectively improves the work efficiency of ilmenite factory reagents preparation system,avoids the waste of resources and solves the bottleneck problem of actual production.
