Analysis Of The Flood Of Information Dissemination And Feedback For 1998 Yangtze River

China Yangtze Huaihe River, Songhua River and the Pearl River flood simultaneously, in which the Yangtze River basin-wide flood brought about the disaster of 4150 caused deaths and economic losses 255.1 billion yuan in 1998. The Chinese people united together and strive to flood in the Party Central Committee and State Council's call for the deployment and eventually won the victory of the national fight against floods. In this paper, the Yangtze River flood in 1998 taken as case, the author is committed to information dissemination from the perspective of research on the issue of flood disasters, inspects the state of the flood of social information systems on all sides with contact point.
