With the rapid development of the refrigerator manufacturing industry in China,the production of refrigerators is increasing,but at the same time,the number of abandoned refrigerators is also increasing.The destruction of the ozonosphere by fluorine and chlorine in the fluorine containing refrigerator has become a widespread concern.The fluorine and chlorine in the refrigerator are mainly included in the compressor and the PUR,the CFC-12 are mainly included in the compressor and the PUR contain CFC-11,which is more serious about the destruction of the ozonosphere.But at present,more research on the recycling and disposal of refrigerants in compressor and there is almost no research on the foaming agent in PUR.The basic reason is that the recovery and disposal of the foaming agent CFC-11 in PUR is more complex and the cost is higher.Dealing with the economic interests and handling efficiency,enterprises are avoiding this social sensitive issue.Despite the current efforts to standardize the recovery and disposal of waste electrical and electronic products,and promote the comprehensive utilization of resources and the development of circular economy,many efforts have been made in the disposal of discarded refrigerators,and good results have been achieved.But it does not establish a perfect evaluation index system for the disposal of waste refrigerators.There are no definite limits for the two important indexes of fluor chloride residue discharged into the air after treatment and the residual amount of fluor chloride in the PUR after treatment,which leads enterprises to avoid this problem in actual treatment.In this paper,we have a intuitive acquaintance of treatment status of waste refrigerators in China by investigating 10 Waste Refrigerators,processing equipment manufacturers and fridge producers.By comparing the technology and environmental standards of foreign waste refrigerators,establishing a set of evaluation index system for waste refrigerators,including qualitative and quantitative indicators,and determine the benchmark value from the aspects of economy,applicability and environmental protection.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to establish the weight of the index system at all levels in the evaluation index system of the waste refrigerator treatment,and the results of the numerical calculation of the weight of different indexes are given.The research of this paper is helpful to establish the evaluation index system of waste refrigerator treatment,which is of practical significance to the standardization of industry treatment technology.It is beneficial to the effective and accurate evaluation of the enterprise according to the system,and make the enterprise discarded the refrigerator treatment line to work effectively.
