| Glabridin is extracted from Glycyrrhiza glabra,It belongs to Isoflavans.Glabridin is anti-oxidant,anti-inflammatory and anti-atherosclerotic.It also has the effect of hormones and regulates energy metabolism.However,It is limited,and a large amount of glabridin cannot be obtained by separation and extraction from the Glycyrrhiza glabra.The organic synthesis steps of glabridin are long and the yield is low.Therefore,the research of organic synthesis and bioactivity of glabridin analogs is a hot topic in this field.Based on previous studies,we found that glabridin has inhibitory effect on plant pathogens,but the effect of glabridin analogs has not been reported.In this study,we explored the synthesis of glabridin analogs and the pesticide activity of some compounds by using cheap and available staring materials.The research results are summarized as follow:1.According to the selected three routes,the conditions were optimized(catalyst,solvent,temperature,alkali,respectively,optimized),the final route to synthesize of glabridin analogues from the optimization result.2.In this study,the substrate was extended with the optimal conditions,including different kinds of Salicylic alcohol(salicylic alcohol,5-chlorosalicylic alcohol,5-bromosalicylic alcohol),substituted α-bromoacetophenone(α-bromoacetophenone,α-bromo-p-chloroaceto phenone,α-bromo-p-bromoacetophenone),and finally we successfully synthesized 13 benzodiazepines.3.The obtained part of the compound was tested for pesticide activity.The inhib itory effect on Gingerella oxysporum was determined by filter paper method.The preliminary experimental results showed that 6-cyano-3-phenyl-2H-benzopyr an(11b)inhibited Ginger Ginger at 1 mg/m L effect.The growth rate method was used to determine the antibacterial activity of the sample to be tested aga inst plant pathogenic bacteria(Botrytis cinerea,Phytophthora infestans,Alternari a alternata,Fusarium oxysporum).Preliminary results showed that: glabridin an alogs has antibacterial activity and When the sample to be tested was at 400 mg/L,6-bromo-3-phenyl-2H-benzopyran(5b)inhibited all four plant pathogens. |
