The Synthesis And Bioactivity Of DCPTA's Analogues

Until now,as a kind of new plant growth regulator,DCPTA had always been a hot topic in the field of agricultural academic research.Such as structural transformation,study on synthesis technology,fertilizer compound,dosage study,and so on.Because the creation of the miracle was amazing,coupled with its environmentally friendly features,it always be named magical medicine.Drug creation work was also carried out on this basis,and obtained a lots of plant growth regulates active substances,and it was expected to produce greater yield effect.In this article,after consulting a large number of literatures and summarizing the experience of others,the most readily available synthetic method was chosen to synthesize the analogs of DCPTA and the pyridine-derived,various methods of synthesizing analogs of DCPTA were further explored,and it's conducive to the realization of industrial production.The 2,4-dichlorophenol was used as a base group,and the diethylaminoethanol and 2-pyridine ethanol were used to the stitching group to obtain the compound.By comparing the activity of both groups,the superiority of the pyridine structure was determined.Then explored new synthetic methods,and the 13 compounds were synthesized,that were all through confirmed the correctness of the structure by nuclear magnetic,gas chromatography and other methods.Then tested the growth activity of the plant,and found some of the compounds of the regulatory activity than the increase in production of DCPTA.Finally studied the compounds with better growth activity,and the state of stability,good results of the excellent formula were obtained,and its efficacy was proved by further field experiments.In this paper,thirteen DCPTA analogues were produced,of which seven compounds were new compounds that had not been reported,their structure was as follows.And the growth principle of wheat and Chinese cabbage were determined by the experiment of germination.It was found that it had the effect of promoting root growth,especially lateral root growth.There were four analogues with good bactericidal activity,which could play a dual role in increasing yield and sterilization.Finally screened out five kinds of effective production of the analogs of DCPTA.And the development of microemulsion formulation was used to ensure the prospect of its application.The results were proved by scientific field experiments.
