Research On Air Cooling By Deep Mine Ventilation Technology In Xincheng Gold Mine

With the increasing scale of current mining, the mining depth is deepening constantly and the mechanized level of coal mining work is developing rapidly. While, the mine ventilation is still in weak condition which results in mine high temperature emergence. Trackless equipment exothermic has become one of the major disasters in mine production safety. The research of deep ventilation cooling technology is important way to ensure the safety of mine production. Based on the research at home and abroad, this paper studies the hazard for underground ventilation and temperature problems mainly according to the status of underground working environment in Xincheng Gold Mine. The main contents are as follows.(1) Analyzing the status of Xincheng Gold Mine ventilation system, this paper points out the existing shortcomings of the current ventilation system. After a detailed analysis of composition of Xincheng Gold Mine underground heat source, this paper finds out trackless mining equipment as the main heat source. Through the trackless equipment power statistics, the high underground temperature is due to the consumption of large amounts of diesel fuel.(2) With design of air flow in the mine, resistance, fan selection, network optimization and many other aspects, the new mine ventilation system is determined based on the above analysis. The mine ventilation cooling solutions are determined with the introduction of water heat pump principle and the implementation of the project.(3) According to the research program which combines the characteristics of its own production, the specific contents of the program include air system transformation and the implementation of water source heat pump system. The ventilation systems select high-power Tornado aircraft in parallel in Xincheng Gold Mine for the first time. Meanwhile, the metro ventilation shaft and large-scale wind turbine chamber are constructed.After the above transformation is complete, the mine has set the main objectives, conditions and measuring point. Also, the specific equipment for the implementation of the program of underground ventilation is chose to conduct a field test, which is of great guiding significance for production safety in Xincheng Gold Mine.
