Case Study On Logic Of Sustainable Development Of Enterprises Bases On Traditional Culture

With the transformation of China's economic development model from quantitative development to quality development,how to achieve sustainable development of enterprises has become a realistic issue worthy of attention.Sustainable development is a subsystem embedded in the society and ecosystem.Its sustainable development must depend on the sustainable development of society and ecology.Therefore,it requires enterprises to take into account the performance of economy,society and environment.At present,the development logic that enterprises generally follow is the economic logic that takes profit as the first and economic benefit as the leading factor,while ignoring the social and ecological performance on which they rely.This often leads to the restriction of social and ecological system factors on the development of enterprises and the failure to obtain sustainable development resources and capabilities.However,in reality,we find that some enterprises integrate traditional culture into their business management practices,and achieve the unity of economic,social and environmental aspects.While achieving economic goals,they also take into account corporate social responsibility,thus forming an effective logic of sustainable development.In order to explore the formation law of the logic of sustainable development based on traditional culture,so that it can be used for reference by more enterprises to solve the practical problems of sustainable development,this study,based on the perspective of institutional logic theory,uses multi-case study method to conduct in-depth research on six enterprises,and consults a large number of domestic and foreign research literature on traditional culture,sustainable development and institutional logic.And the application data,trying to solve two problems:(1)How is the logic of sustainable development based on traditional culture formed? We will describe the process of how enterprises come into contact with traditional culture,how traditional culture landed and accepted by enterprises both inside and outside,and summarize the process model of transforming economic logic into sustainable development logic.(2)What is the mechanism that promotes this process? That is to say,why the logic of sustainable development based on traditional culture comes into being,what are its driving factors and what kind of underlying logic interact with each other.This paper is a case study driven by practical problems.The conclusion of the study explains the formation of the logic of sustainable development based on traditional culture in reality,provides operational guidance for the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises to solve the practical problems of sustainable development,and also provides observation and understanding of the evolution law of institutional logic based on the local situation in China.
