Research On The Chaoshan Artex Pattern Artistic Style And Its Application In Fashion Design

Chaoshan Artex is the traditional needlework in Chaoshan area,such as folk embroidery,yarn stripping,weaving and clothing sewing.After the port opened in Shantou,it gradually developed after the integration of western patterns,embroidery,weaving,pumping and other skills.It is a well-known folk handicraft in chaoshan area.This technique includes pumping,hand embroidery,weaving,patching and stitching.Among them,all kinds of skills contain many types of work,and each type of work has a variety of different stitches.Craft products from design to finished all process is manual operation,marketing world on five continents over one hundred countries and regions,with unique designs,type of work stitch diverse and craft crafted in domestic drawnwork industry own style,is the decoration,appreciation and gift,treasure of traditional arts and crafts boutique,always enjoys a high reputation of "famous flowers" in the south.It is rooted in the rich cultural soil of chaoshan area,and combines with the western pumping technology.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part of the introduction,first of all,the concept and source of chaoshan drawnwork is briefly described,and then the purpose and significance of this paper is discussed in detail.Then it introduces the content and structure of this paper,and finally expounds the innovation points of this paper.The second part introduces the historical origin and development of chaoshan drawnwork.Firstly,it expounds the definition of drawnwork.The third part introduces the process and craft of chaoshan spinning in detail.The fourth part summarizes the artistic characteristics of chaoshan pattern.This paper analyzes the characteristics of chaoshan spinning art from three aspects: pattern,composition and color.The fifth part summarizes the application field of chaoshan drawnwork and analyzes the aesthetic principle of chaoshan drawnwork in costume design.Finally,the thesis is summarized.Chaoshan Artex was included in the national intangible cultural heritage list in 2014 and is an important part of traditional Chinese arts and crafts.It is difficult for traditional handicraft industry to compete with modern industrial technology in terms of productionefficiency,product quality,production cost and profit,so the practitioners engaged in chaoshan hand-drawn yarn craft have to consider changing careers.In addition,in the early years,practitioners in this industry gradually retired due to age,which made the inheritance and development of chaoshan manual spinning technology face the dilemma of no successor.As one of China's important intangible cultural heritages,under the impact of modern industrial civilization,how to inherit and develop chaoshan hand-drawn yarn has become a subject worthy of study.
