Study On Consultation System Of Compensation For Eco-environmental Damage

As a legal recovery system,the compensation consultation system was introduced into the "Pilot Plan for the Reform of the Ecological Environment Compensation System" of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee.With the rapid development of China's industrialization,the ecological problems of China's industrialization have gradually become prominent,and some ecological problems have reached a very serious level.These frequent environmental pollution problems and ecological destruction events have caused greater damage to the ecological environment.China's ecological environment compensation system is still in the initial stage,some work flow and measures are not perfect enough,still in the groping stage.How to quickly realize the compensation agreement and complete the restoration after the ecological environment damage occurred is the key problem.This paper mainly analyzes the basic problems of the ecological damage compensation system,tries to discuss the feasibility and nature of the ecological environment damage compensation consultation system,and puts forward substantive construction suggestions.
